About The Artist

Andrew Van Assche is a self-taught artist that has been working in ceramics since 1976. His work is slab-built using stoneware clay, decorated with colored slips & underglaze pencil, and then fired to Cone 5 in oxidation. He works as an individual craftsperson with no employees or subcontractors.
